Job summary

Endo Networks is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Finance & Business Operations to manage financial reporting, budgeting, payroll, AR/AP and client reporting. This is a hands‑on role with exposure to senior management, program managers, clients and vendors.

The position focuses on profitability analysis, month‑end/ year‑end close, process improvements and strong internal controls in a fully remote setting for candidates in Ontario.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, management accounting or project accounting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• Strong Excel skills with financial modeling capabilities.
• Experience with ADP, QuickBooks and time-tracking software.
• Experience in project-based environments such as marketing agencies or staffing is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly project P&Ls and profitability reports.
• Analyze revenue, labour, vendor costs and project margins.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Coordinate payroll and accounts payable activities with appropriate controls.
• Develop and implement process improvements and internal controls.
