Job summary

Altis in Toronto is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to lead FP&A, shape long-range planning, and influence executive decision-making at scale in a fast-growing, tech-enabled environment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams across finance, operations, supply chain and commercial, turning complex data into clear narratives for the board and leadership, with a focus on storytelling and strategic impact.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive finance or FP&A experience in complex, multi-billion dollar environments.
  • Strong background in financial planning, forecasting, and P&L analysis.
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and translate data into executive-level insights.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally in manufacturing, CPG, or retail sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree and CPA designation are required.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual operating plan and multi-year strategic planning cycles.
  • Oversee monthly executive reporting with variance analysis and insights.
  • Prepare quarterly board and investor materials with storytelling focus.
  • Partner with commercial and operations teams to support key negotiations and business cases.
  • Coach and develop analysts and early-career talent, strengthening technical and presentation skills.

Working closely with cross-functional partners across finance, operations, supply chain, and commercial teams, you will act as a true FP&A business partner. Your insights will help leaders understand what is driving results, where risks and opportunities lie, and how to translate complex data into clear, actionable narratives that matter at the executive and board level.
