Senior Manager, Accounting & Finance at Hays

Duration: Permanent

Salary: $125,000 - $135,000 + Bonus

Our client, a large & market-leading Canadian organization, is looking to hire a Senior Manager, Commercial Finance.

Your New Role

The Senior Manager, Commercial Finance will manage a team and oversee the complete business cycle, including month-end closures, reporting, forecasting, and analysis. Responsibilities include leading annual and 10-year planning cycles, collaborating with functional leads, and coordinating communications with senior leadership. The role also involves improving financial processes for efficiency and accuracy, driving forecast precision, and translating financial insights into actionable strategies for presentation to executives, including the CFO and President.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

You should ideally hold a CPA designation and have at least 3+ years of financial leadership experience within the CPG industry. Prior experience managing direct reports is required. Advanced Excel skills are preferred.
