The Investment Analyst delivers consistent performance as a productive member of an investment industry team. Incumbents lead parts of the investment surveillance and new investment evaluation process autonomously and contribute valued opinions on the "how and why" identified in their analysis of different aspects of a company’s performance; this includes identifying industry trends worth discussing with senior team members. Work can result in investment actions by portfolio management and/or credit leadership. The Investment Analyst will also assist in developing investment, sales, and marketing strategies, as well as investor relations and deal sourcing. They may need to travel for management meetings, due diligence, industry conferences, and research symposia.
The successful candidate will support the ICED-T Team’s senior analysts in managing fixed income portfolios. Responsibilities include writing annual reviews, financial modeling, reviewing company publications and third-party research, and engaging with management teams and sell-side professionals. The analyst may also independently manage an investment portfolio and make recommendations, depending on their experience and development.

Toronto, Ontario | $86,500 - $130,000 CAD | Hybrid work model
