Qualifications

• CPA designation is required; MBA is considered an asset.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive accounting and financial leadership.
• Strong expertise in GAAP/IFRS, financial reporting, treasury and internal controls.
• Proven ability to lead teams and cross-functional finance operations.

Responsibilities

• Set governance framework, control environment, and finance priorities aligned with growth.
• Provide senior financial counsel to President and executive leadership.
• Oversee accounting, reporting integrity, treasury, tax, audit and corporate finance.
• Partner with FP&A and operations for budgeting and long-range planning.
• Lead external and internal audits, risk management, and governance practices.
• Drive finance transformation, system implementations, and post‑go-live governance.
