Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading a finance function and strategic planning.
• Knowledge of Canadian GAAP/ASPE and governance standards.
• Ability to drive efficiency and policies across departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial leadership and strategy with the VP of Finance.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and long range modeling.
• Manage monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting.
• Design and maintain internal controls and governance standards.
• Identify automation opportunities for core accounting processes.
• Oversee financial systems optimization and data integrity.
• Provide dashboards and variance analyses to senior management.
• Mentor and develop the finance team to high performance.
