Job summary

Electrolux Group in New Brunswick, Canada, seeks a Financial Controlling Services Manager to lead the financial controlling and reporting operations of a dynamic sales joint venture. You will drive IFRS reporting, internal controls, and governance across Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury.

This role partners with stakeholders, auditors, and joint venture partners to deliver accurate reporting, process improvements, and transformational change across the finance

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in accounting, financial controlling, reporting, audit, treasury, or shared services.
• Strong IFRS knowledge and experience with month-end close and external audits.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive results in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Treasury operations.
• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities with accurate reporting.
• Manage consolidation and reporting of Sales Joint Venture results.
• Ensure IFRS compliance, governance, and robust internal controls.
• Drive process improvement, standardization, automation, and systems enhancements.
