Qualifications

• University degree in accounting, finance or business administration or equivalent experience.

• Strong analytical and numerical abilities; accuracy and confidentiality essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversees financial administration of operational, specialized funds and revenue activities.
• Creates moderately complex financial reports and design of costing models.
• Reviews invoices with delegated signing authority and ensures proper coding and budget alignment.
• Manages accounts payable, cash deposits and reconciliations; supports audits and governance.
• Conducts budget planning and financial analyses to support decision making.
• Monitors salary expenditures and funding allocations and advises leadership on variances.
• Leads special projects and provides advisory services on financial systems and compliance.
