Recurrent Energy in Ontario is seeking an O&M Field Technician to help maintain solar projects and ensure uptime. You will troubleshoot inverters, switchgear, transformers, and related equipment, and perform routine PMs alongside the maintenance team.
This role requires 2–5+ years in field work, willingness to work outside day hours, and a valid driver's license. NABCEP certification is a plus; reading blueprints and working with contractors are common tasks.
