Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in Field or Event Marketing with ownership of strategy and execution.
• Experience building B2B field marketing programs contributing to pipeline and revenue.
• Ability to connect marketing programs to pipeline progression and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and own field marketing plan across conferences, events, webinars, and partnerships.
• Own end-to-end event strategy from sponsorships to post-event follow-up.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify priority markets and audiences.
• Set pipeline targets and measure program outcomes against them.
• Build relationships with industry associations and partners for visibility.
