Job summary

JLL, a leading global real estate and investment management company, is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager / Facilities Manager to lead operations across multiple industrial client facilities. You will oversee building systems, safety compliance, budgets, and vendor coordination while guiding a team of technicians.

The role requires a bachelor’s in a technical field, 5–7 years of multi-site facilities experience, strong CMMS and budget skills, and travel to sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of facilities management across multiple sites in industrial or commercial environments.
• Proven budget management experience including capital and expense budgeting with cost control.
• Experience with CMMS and work order tracking and reporting.
• Strong vendor management skills and accountability for contractor performance.
• Deep understanding of health & safety regulations and building codes for industrial facilities.
• Demonstrated leadership overseeing technician teams and ensuring policy compliance.
• Excellent communication with clients, vendors and cross-functional teams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly to multiple locations.

Responsibilities

• Support development and management of capital and expense budgets with client liaison.
• Manage daily work orders, prioritize tasks, and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Verify completed work and assist with annual management plan development.
• Perform quarterly site inspections and initiate corrective work orders.
• Meet vendors on site to review scope, verify work, and address performance issues.
• Oversee technicians, set priorities, and align procurement strategies.
• Manage preventive maintenance work orders and coordinate with Managed Engineering Services.
• Escalate safety issues and coordinate remediation with EH&S and account management.
• Review timecards and procurements for accuracy and compliance.
