Job summary

JLL is seeking a Maintenance Manager to lead a multi-site maintenance team and ensure safe operations across locations. The role may oversee Area Maintenance Managers and requires strong leadership and maintenance expertise.

You will drive preventative maintenance programs, manage budgets with site finance, coordinate safety initiatives, and mentor staff while delivering reliable facilities services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 5+ years in distribution or manufacturing with mechanical/electrical experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-site team of maintenance associates and supervise Area Maintenance Managers.
• Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs and vendor relationships.
• Audits and enforces safety programs with site Safety leadership.
