Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensures the efficient and safe operation and maintenance of municipal facilities and assets.
• Inspects buildings and systems; coordinates repairs with contractors.
• Supervises seasonal staff, provides training, and enforces safe work practices.
• Performs carpentry, painting, and basic mechanical tasks; maintains signage and line painting.
• Maintains preventative maintenance schedules and records daily activities.
