  • Identify client team growth opportunities and ways to surprise and delight our clients.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in diversity, equity, and inclusion training.
  • Monitor client satisfaction, reflect, and implement improvements to support CultureAlly’s services becoming the best in class.
  • Help design and adapt learning content that meets client needs and reflects adult learning best practices.
  • Build training resources such as decks, facilitator guides, participant handouts, and other supporting materials.
  • Apply the latest research and trends to create timely, relevant, and engaging content.
  • Partner with internal teams, contractors and subject matter experts to Identify new topics, trends, and opportunities to evolve our offerings
  • Manage multiple client projects and engagements while staying on top of timelines and deliverables.
  • Use project tracking tools to keep content development and delivery organized.
  • Share insights with cross-functional partners and contribute to evolving our methodology.
  • Mentor junior facilitators and collaborate cross-functionally
  • Work with the Sales team to inform renewals and client success

What We’re Looking For:

  • Confidence facilitating virtually and in-person across diverse audiences
  • Experience developing and delivering training for adult learners
  • Strong client management and relationship-building skills
  • Experience and knowledge of DEI, HR, workplace culture programs and/or workplace education
  • Ability to adapt quickly and thrive in a growing, remote-first company
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong leadership and client relationship skills
  • Executive-level engagement and comfort with senior leaders
  • Project and stakeholder management experience.

Nice to have, but not required (please don't let this hold you back from applying):

Bonus: Bilingual English, French and/or Spanish

The package:

  • $80,000 - $100,000 CAD
  • Work from home or a remote location (really!)
  • 3 weeks of paid vacation plus 3 leave days annually for religious or cultural events that are not on the government calendar or for just reconnecting with yourself.

Other things to know:

As a client-facing role, you are expected to be available from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. ET and flexible in working with the client’s time zones and needs.
