Job summary

LRO Staffing in Toronto seeks a Senior Account Executive to own and scale the Finance & Accounting division. You will lead business development, manage client relationships and run full-cycle recruitment across GTA roles, reporting directly to leadership.

This permanent, remote role offers uncapped compensation with base salary plus commission and a supportive team ready to back you. As the division grows, you’ll build and lead the team you want.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of proven 360 recruitment experience in Finance & Accounting.
• Natural leader excited about building a division from the ground up.
• Comfortable with a flat structure, autonomy, and delivering results.

Responsibilities

• Business development and lead generation with a strong client pipeline.
• Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, negotiations, interviews and placements.
• Develop and nurture relationships with organizations hiring in Finance & Accounting.
• Set market development strategy for the Toronto area and own client acquisition.
• Build and lead the team as the division scales.
