Asana, Inc. is seeking a Senior Experience Researcher to partner with Product Design, Product Management, Data Science, and Engineering to shape the research culture and drive high-impact insights.

Based in Vancouver with 50/50 collaboration with San Francisco teammates, you’ll lead explorations for AI teammates, Meetings, ACM, and client management, guiding adoption and value realization across organizations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of UX Research experience for digital products with large-scale projects.
• Strong mix of qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Ability to distill insights into actionable recommendations for product strategy.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to shape the product roadmap.
• Lead exploratory and evaluative research for new concepts and features.
• Drive self-serve adoption strategies for PLG products and ACM.
• Communicate findings persuasively to influence product decisions.
• Collaborate with Design, Product, and Engineering to reduce friction and guide actions.
