Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mathematics, physics or engineering with 10 years of experience or a Master’s with 7 years of experience.
• Experience in radar system design, radar signal processing and analysis.
• Radio frequency theory; ability to obtain a Secret security clearance; Canadian citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical analysis and research in unclassified and classified documents on system parameters and behaviors.
• Perform mathematical modeling based on first principles to estimate system parameters.
• Develop parametric models and conduct simulations to compare engagement models.
• Conduct simulated combat between ships and threat systems.
• Perform Monte Carlo simulations and analyses; verify and validate digital models.
• Document simulation results and support trials.
