Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years in event operations, budgeting, sourcing, or project coordination.
• Strong budget management, forecasting, and financial reporting accuracy.
• Experience with vendor sourcing, procurement, and contract administration.
• Excellent project coordination, organization, and ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills; able to use technology to improve processes.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and travel across Canada & US.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate planning, coordination, and execution of operational and business activities.
• Manage assets and ensure assets are utilized, maintained, and stored according to standards.
• Analyze data to support decisions and improve data quality and reporting.
• Support planning and delivery of projects, events, and initiatives, including budget tracking and vendor engagement.
• Prepare communications, presentations, and materials for meetings and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across teams to implement business solutions and continuous improvements.
