The role requires strong financial stewardship, risk management, and excellent coordination across multiple workstreams in a hybrid work environment with some travel.

Qualifications

• A university degree or college diploma in a related field.
• Bilingual English and French is a strong asset.
• CMP designation is an asset.
• 10+ years’ experience leading multi-faceted events.
• 5+ years’ experience leading international events.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of medium- to high-complexity events, incl. international events.
• Coordinate detailed event logistics and interdependent workstreams from planning through execution.
• Manage budgets, travel, vendor contracts and onsite operations.
• Oversee vendor performance, contract deliverables and post-event evaluations.
• Ensure events align with policies, compliance and brand standards.
