Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and coordination of events from concept to completion.
  • Manage client relationships and act as primary contact throughout planning.
  • Meet with clients to understand vision, requirements, budget, and expectations.
  • Develop detailed event plans, timelines, schedules, and budgets.
  • Negotiate with vendors and manage vendor relationships for quality and value.
  • Oversee event logistics, setup, execution, and teardown.
  • Be present at events and provide hands-on leadership to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage event staff and provide direction before and during events.
  • Troubleshoot issues quickly and professionally in fast-paced environments.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to align on event details.
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, invoices, and other financials.
  • Maintain accurate event documentation and meet deadlines.
  • Conduct post-event follow-up with clients and vendors for improvements.
  • Assist in developing new event concepts, packages, and services.
  • Support business development through strong client relationships and service.

Job description
