Job summary

IFG - International Financial Group is seeking an organized Events & Program Manager in Toronto to lead corporate hospitality, sponsorship coordination, and event programs from planning through execution.

You will coordinate with senior stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless delivery and measurable results for high-profile events and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Program Operations, Event Operations, Hospitality Programs, Sponsorship Management, Marketing Operations, Business Operations, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating corporate events, hospitality programs, sponsorship activations, or event logistics.
  • Experience using ticketing platforms, CRM systems, spreadsheets, or operational tracking tools.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience working with executive stakeholders, vendors, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking operational metrics, reporting, and project milestones.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently while managing projects from planning through execution.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

  • Manage multiple operational workstreams while ensuring timelines, priorities, and deliverables remain on track.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, execution schedules, and operational timelines.
  • Manage ticket requests, inventory, attendee tracking, allocation lists, substitutions, and last-minute changes.
  • Maintain operational documentation, compliance requirements, and business processes.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively identify risks before they impact delivery.
  • Ensure all hospitality, sponsorship, and event activities comply with organizational policies and approval processes.
  • Coordinate corporate hospitality events from planning through execution and post-event reporting.
  • Manage event logistics, onsite coordination, and operational delivery.
  • Partner with internal teams, agencies, vendors, and external partners to deliver successful events.
  • Support sponsorship activations and hospitality programs while ensuring an exceptional attendee experience.
  • Coordinate pre-event, onsite, virtual, and post-event activities with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborate with internal business teams, vendors, agencies, and external partners to execute programs successfully.
  • Build strong working relationships with senior leadership and executive stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment, timely decisions, and smooth execution.
  • Assist with event budgets and operational expense tracking.
  • Monitor KPIs, sponsorship performance, and operational metrics.
  • Maintain accurate attendee, ticketing, sponsorship, and event records.
  • Prepare post-event reports, dashboards, executive summaries, and business updates.

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and execution-focused Events & Program Manager to support the successful delivery of corporate hospitality, sponsorship, and event programs. This role combines program management, event operations, stakeholder engagement, sponsorship coordination, and operational execution to ensure events and business initiatives are delivered seamlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

Program & Operations Management:
