One of our companies is currently looking for a Senior Event Marketing Manager in Canada.

As a Senior Event Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing a variety of corporate and sponsored events aimed at generating leads and raising brand awareness. You will work closely with demand generation, sales, and marketing teams to create and implement an integrated field events plan that aligns with business objectives. This role involves overseeing both virtual and in-person events, managing the events calendar, and driving creative initiatives to maximize impact. You will also measure event success and return on investment (ROI) while ensuring all events are executed seamlessly.

Accountabilities:

  • Collaborate with the demand generation team, BDRs, sales, and other marketing counterparts to develop and execute an integrated field events strategy.
  • Lead and manage virtual and in-person events, including trade shows, industry events, and partner events, globally.
  • Oversee the events calendar, proactively identifying new industry events and sponsorship opportunities that support pipeline growth and brand visibility.
  • Develop creative ideas to expand brand recognition at events through activities, design elements, and engagement strategies.
  • Track event budgets, ensuring efficient spend management while driving event success.
  • Measure and report on the contribution of events to pipeline health and ROI, analyzing event performance to continuously improve strategies.
  • Manage the company’s branded swag strategy, including sourcing, distribution, and storage.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 4+ years of experience in a B2B marketing and events role.
  • Strong analytical mindset, with experience developing data-driven event strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Proven experience in tracking event ROI and measuring event impact on pipeline health.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams, including senior management, to drive event success.
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with a “think outside the box” mentality.
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce.
  • Willingness to travel 35%-50%, in line with current safety protocols.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
