Job summary

TSMG Holding in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and repair electric and autonomous fleet vehicles used in robotaxi operations across North America. You will ensure uptime, safety, and readiness for daily deployment.

You will work with AV Operations Leads, Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, SDS Specialists, and engineering teams to diagnose, repair, and validate hardware and software, including high-voltage systems and ADAS components.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience as an automotive technician, service technician, EV technician, or diagnostic technician.
• Strong experience with automotive diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
• Good understanding of electrical and electronic vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

• Autonomous Vehicle Maintenance: preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles.
• Advanced Diagnostics & Repair: diagnostics on EV platforms, ADAS systems, and autonomous hardware.
• EV & High-Voltage Systems: work safely with high-voltage batteries, charging systems, and inverters.
• Autonomous Driving Hardware Support: install, inspect, and replace AV hardware components.
• Software Updates & Validation: perform software updates and post-repair testing.
• Shift Leadership & Team Support: lead shifts and mentor junior technicians.
• Operational Excellence: improve maintenance processes and fleet reliability.
