Job summary

TSMG Holding is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain, repair, and ensure the readiness of electric and autonomous vehicle fleets across North America. The role focuses on safety, uptime, and rapid deployment for robotaxi operations, collaborating with AV operations leads and engineering teams.

You will lead on maintenance workflows, perform advanced diagnostics on EV platforms, and support software updates while adhering to high‑voltage safety procedures and quality

Qualifications

Minimum 5+ years hands-on automotive technician experience.
Strong diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance and repair skills.
Solid understanding of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on EV and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleets.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues.
Support high-availability fleet operations in 24/7 environments.
Replace, repair and validate vehicle components following safety and quality standards.
Escalate complex issues with clear documentation to engineering.
