Job summary
TSMG in Vancouver is seeking a Senior Autonomous Vehicle Technician to maintain and diagnose electric and autonomous vehicles used in robotaxi fleet operations across North America. You will ensure daily deployment readiness, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and support high-availability fleets in shift-based environments.
You will work with AV Operations Leads, Depot Specialists, Safety Operators, and engineering teams to minimize downtime, document repairs, and validate system
Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years as automotive technician or EV technician.
- Strong experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting and repair.
- Knowledge of electrical/electronic vehicle systems.
- Experience using diagnostic tools and repair documentation.
- Ability to follow strict safety procedures.
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electric and autonomous vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software issues.
- Support high-availability robotaxi fleet operations.
- Perform advanced diagnostics on EV platforms and ADAS.
- Coordinate with engineering teams for complex issues.
- Maintain service records and diagnostic reports.
