Reliance Impact Inc. seeks a Senior Estimator to lead pricing on complex ICI projects, ensuring what we sell aligns with what we can deliver. You will build accurate estimates, challenge assumptions early, and drive value-engineering decisions with operations.

In this role, you will own take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope reconciliation, while developing pricing narratives clients can trust and improving estimating systems for long-term consistency.

Qualificações

• 10+ years estimating experience in an ICI General Contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of scopes: civil/structural, architectural, mechanical/electrical coordination, finishes, and site logistics.
• Confident communicator who can negotiate, ask the hard questions, and present pricing logically.
• Detail-driven with strong judgement—accurate, fast, and calm under deadlines.
• Proficiency with common estimating tools (e.g., Bluebeam, OST, Excel, estimating software).

Responsabilidades

• Produce full-scope estimates (conceptual through tender) across ICI projects.
• Lead take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope reconciliation.
• Identify risk, opportunities, and value-engineering options that protect margin and schedule.
• Build clear pricing narratives and proposal packages that clients can trust.
• Collaborate with Precon/PMs/Supers to create realistic schedules, logistics plans, and execution strategies.
• Improve estimating systems: templates, historical cost data, lessons learned, and supplier relationships.
