Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong safety culture and adhere to all safety policies and regulations.
• Support the preconstruction team during tendering, including preparing estimates and project setup documents.
• Analyze drawings and specifications, coordinate tender processes, and build relationships with clients and vendors.
• Create and review bid proposals, attend site meetings, and assist in budget creation and project management.
• Perform other duties as needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent trade experience.
• Minimum 10 years of construction cost estimating and field experience.
• Experience with large general contractors, pursuits valued from $10M to $250M, and estimating Water/Wastewater, Open Cut, and Tunnel projects.
• Proficiency with heavy bid estimating software, strong communication skills, and leadership ability.

Benefits and Compensation

Salary range: $115,000 - $125,000 CAD annually, based on experience. We offer competitive total compensation, meaningful work, and a collaborative environment.
