Job summary

Reliance Impact is actively seeking a Senior Estimator (ICI General Contractor) to lead pricing on complex ICI projects. The role focuses on creating accurate, defendable estimates, challenging assumptions early, and partnering with Operations to ensure what we sell is deliverable.

You will own full-scope estimates, lead take-offs and bid leveling, identify risks and value options, and build pricing narratives that clients can trust.

Qualifications

• 7+ years estimating experience in an ICI General Contracting environment.
• Strong understanding of scopes: civil/structural, architectural, mechanical/electrical coordination, finishes, and site logistics.
• Confident communicator who can negotiate, ask the hard questions, and present pricing logically.
• Detail-driven with strong judgement—accurate, fast, and calm under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce full-scope estimates (conceptual through tender) across ICI projects.
• Lead take-offs, subcontractor solicitation, bid leveling, and scope reconciliation.
• Identify risk, opportunities, and value-engineering options that protect margin and schedule.
• Build clear pricing narratives and proposal packages that clients can trust.
• Collaborate with Precon/PMs/Supers to create realistic schedules, logistics plans, and execution strategies.
• Improve estimating systems: templates, historical cost data, lessons learned, and supplier relationships.
