Job summary

RTS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, ERP with deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations to lead functional design and configuration. You will translate business processes, drive alignment across Finance, Operations and Engineering, and guide ERP projects from discovery through go-live.

You will design configurations, manage data migration, and oversee testing to ensure scalable, accurate financial and operational performance.

Qualifications

7–10 years of ERP Business Analyst experience.
5+ years focused on Dynamics 365 F&O or AX 2012 or comparable ERP.

Responsibilities

Lead discovery sessions to understand and document business requirements across core F&O modules.
Translate business processes into Functional Design Documents, workflows, and process maps.
Perform fit-gap analyses to determine where standard F&O functionality meets needs and where extensions are required.
Configure ERP modules and settings (legal entities, COA, financial dimensions, workflows, posting profiles).
Oversee data migration activities using DIXF with accuracy and integrity.
Lead testing strategies and user acceptance testing; manage cutover planning for go-live.
