  • Administer the company’s equity plans, processing grants and conducting audits.
  • Manage the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and assist with the Deferred Compensation Plan.
  • Conduct equity analyses and model data for reporting purposes.
  • Interact with third-party equity administration vendors and support equity participant communications.
  • Identify opportunities for standardization and automation of internal processes.
