The role requires a Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent, at least 8 years in minerals processing scheduling, and advanced Primavera P6 skills. The team offers a collaborative environment with opportunities for growth and international exposure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in project-related scheduling and planning for Minerals Processing.
• Advanced level experience with Primavera P6.
• Build and sustain positive relationships with clients, vendors and coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager to prepare project schedules and provide up-to-date data for management.
• Develop and maintain project planning procedures and protocols.
• Provide specialist advice in designated planning areas.
• Collaborate with personnel across all business units.
• Prepare and effectuate overall project planning for EP/EPCM/EPC projects.
• Define work breakdown structure (WBS) and generate master schedule baselines.
• Create separate schedules for project levels and support business development during proposals.
• Create integrated EPC/client schedules with internal and external stakeholders.
