Job summary

Lycopodium Limited is recruiting a Project Controls Manager to join our Mississauga team. You will oversee project total costs, schedule and progress, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting for EPC/EPCM projects.

Role requires strong cost control, budgeting, scheduling and change management skills, with experience in Primavera P6 and MS Project. You will work within our Projects team on large, diverse infrastructure and industrial projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering qualification or equivalent is preferred.
• 8+ years post-graduation experience (or 10+ years in the industry).
• Strong understanding of project controls for EPC/EPCM projects.
• Ability to establish and maintain WBS and CBS.
• Forecasting and trend analysis of project costs, budgets and commitments.
• Procurement and project accounting interdependencies support.
• Coordinate change Management processes.
• Earned Value and KPI reporting proficiency.
• Scheduling systems expertise with Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Ability to liaise with multiple disciplines and communicate clearly.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project Controls Manager to establish and maintain cost controls.
• Maintain up-to-date data for management of project activities.
• Follow project control procedures and processes for budget, cost, and progress reporting.
• Implement and maintain Project Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
• Manage project budget and schedule across engineering, procurement and construction.
