As a Senior Environmental Risk Assessor at FLINT, you’ll leverage 10+ years of experience in the upstream, mid-stream, and downstream oil and gas sectors, providing technical expertise on environmental assessments, compliance, and risk management. Based in Alberta, you'll drive continuous improvement by identifying trends, and optimizing processes, while prioritizing health and safety.

University degree in environmental science, engineering, or related field, with eligibility or current professional designation (P.Ag., P.Biol., P.Chem., P.Eng., or P.Geo.), SST certification, and 10+ years of relevant environmental consulting experience.
Strong knowledge of Alberta Tier 1 and 2 Soil and Groundwater Remediation Guidelines, Saskatchewan Environmental Quality Guidelines, PNG045 Directive, and British Columbia Contaminated Sites Regulation, including supporting technical protocols.
Experience with Tier 2 Assessments, Site-Specific Risk Assessments, and Subsoil Salinity Tool (SST) Assessments, and expertise in environmental regulations (CCME, Alberta Tier 1 and 2, PNG045, etc.).
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in deadline-driven environments, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing priorities.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with a track record of building strong relationships and collaborating effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
Proactive problem-solving skills, initiative-taking, and a strong focus on health and safety.
