SynergyAspen seeks an Environmental Practitioner / Project Manager to coordinate and oversee environmental site assessment and remediation projects across BC. The role requires leadership, client communication, and cost control.

You will manage field programs, prepare proposals, and mentor staff, ensuring safety and technical accuracy. A professional designation and BC regulatory knowledge are valued assets.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant contaminated sites/reclamation experience in BC.
• 4+ years of project management experience.
• Technical diploma or degree in a related discipline.
• Possesses a recognized accredited professional designation in BC or ability to acquire one.
• Experience in contaminated sites with knowledge of BCER Regulations.
• Experience managing technically complex projects with cost controls.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and/or manage environmental site assessment and remediation projects across BC.
• Prepare work plans and cost estimates.
• Mentor and train staff; ensure work is safe and correct.
• Review and sign-off on technical reports.
• Liaise with regulators, contractors and third parties.
• Prepare and issue client invoices; maintain billable targets.
