Jacobs is hiring Environmental Project Managers to join our dynamic team in a full-time role based out of our Burnaby, Calgary, Edmonton, or Victoria offices. You will support government- and privately-owned infrastructure projects in all life stages, from development to post-construction environmental monitoring and operations.

You will lead environmental planning and permitting teams, mentor staff, and drive project strategy with senior technical staff.

Qualificações

• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience in the natural resources sector in western Canada, preferably in a consulting environment.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in environmental science, environmental engineering, biology/ecology, geology, or related technical degree.
• Strong time management and ability to multitask to meet deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High initiative, problem-solving, and adaptability.

Responsabilidades

• Budget preparation and tracking, scheduling, task management, and delivery on environmental projects within western Canada.
• Provide leadership and direction to project teams and interact with clients.
• Mentor team members and drive project strategy with senior staff.
• Develop project strategy with senior technical staff and communicate it to clients.
• Support Business Development and proposal efforts to expand our client portfolio.
• Be a safety leader for projects and promote Jacobs Beyond Zero and our Culture of Caring.
