Stantec is seeking a Senior Environmental Engineer or Geoscientist to join their Environmental Site Investigation and Remediation practice in Canada. The role involves leading ESA and remediation projects, managing budgets and schedules, and delivering client-ready reports and presentations across multiple Ontario locations.

You will mentor staff, coordinate with clients, and apply regulatory guidelines while supporting growth across North America.

Competenze

• 15+ years ESA experience required.
• Master’s degree is an asset.
• QPESA and professional registration assets considered.

Mansioni

• Provide training and mentorship to junior, intermediate, and senior staff.
• Lead ESA and remediation projects from proposal to completion.
• Oversee budgets and timelines; communicate with clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure project quality and health and safety compliance throughout lifecycle.
• Prepare and review technical reports and client presentations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal staff to pursue opportunities.
• Apply established practices and guidelines to projects.
• Develop creative, economical solutions for project issues.
