Job summary

Salesforce Professional Services is seeking a Senior Solution Consultant to support enterprise engagements, delivering ROI through hands-on advisory work, strong product knowledge, and industry experience. You will collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design technology solutions, articulate program vision, manage risks, and guide complex concepts to stakeholders.

Travel up to 25% is expected as projects require on-site and remote collaboration across customer

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Technology or Engineering or related quantitative field.
Experience translating business user stories into technical requirements documents.
Experience leading customer or partner success.
Salesforce certifications and consulting experience are recommended.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor to the client and team.
Collaborate with Delivery Managers, Solution Architects, and clients to design technology solutions.
Guide customers in rationalizing and deploying new technologies that drive value.
Identify and proactively handle risk areas to ensure resolution.
Review artifacts to keep projects on track and ensure maintainability.
Travel up to 25% based on customer needs.
