Job summary

Kensington in Toronto, ON is seeking a Senior Enterprise Project Manager to own the business case, planning, delivery, adoption, and governance of strategic data unification and MDM initiatives. You will bridge technology and business, translating complex data work into structured delivery plans with clear accountability and timelines.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery ownership, stakeholder liaison, detailed project planning, risk surfaceing, and regular leadership updates.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a project management role delivering strategic enterprise projects.
• Prior exposure to Master Data Management or data unification projects.
• Experience managing cross-functional, multi-stakeholder projects to completion.
• Experience across enterprise initiatives (business, sales, tech, etc.).
• Experience with structured change management strategies, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with experience reporting to the C-suite.
• Exceptional multitasking, organizational, and planning skills.
• Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Strategy and business casing: shape strategy, define the business case, and articulate value and investment rationale.
• End-to-end delivery ownership: manage schedule, scope, and budget across technical and non-technical workstreams.
• Stakeholder liaison: primary contact between sponsors, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Project Planning: build detailed plans, RAID logs, resource plans, and dependency maps.
• Progress tracking and reporting: monitor milestones and provide executive updates.
• Resource management: assess capacity and allocate work across teams.
• Process optimization: refine intake, planning, and execution to speed delivery.
• Change management: drive adoption of new systems and ways of working.
