Job summary

TD Bank Group in Toronto, Ontario, is seeking a senior analyst to enable enterprise oversight of Change the Bank delivery. You will coordinate intake, analysis and governance across segments to inform executive decisions and strengthen execution.

You will support the Enterprise Delivery Council model, maintain auditable records, and provide analytical input to challenges and risks, partnering with finance, risk and technology teams to ensure consistent reporting.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or advanced technical degree in business, finance, analytics, engineering, computer science or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of relevant experience in enterprise delivery, portfolio management, governance, reporting, analytics or transformation.
• Strong written and verbal communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, analytical judgment and attention to control and traceability.

Responsibilities

• Enable enterprise oversight of material Change the Bank delivery through governance, reporting and executive insight.
• Coordinate intake, analysis and monitoring to inform decisions and resolve barriers.
• Support Enterprise Delivery Council model and governance ownership.
• Coordinate enterprise delivery intake for high-priority reviews and cross-bank dependencies.
• Integrate portfolio data, delivery trends and financial performance into concise pre-reads and recommendations.
