Vancity in Canada is seeking an Enterprise Data Quality Manager to build and lead a comprehensive data quality program across Purview, Azure, Databricks and Unity Catalog. You will partner with business, risk, privacy and compliance teams to define governance, rules, KPIs and data lineage.

This full-time, permanent role based at our head office offers hybrid work for BC or remote from Ontario, a competitive salary range, and a total rewards package aligned with our Living Wage commitments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IS/Data Analytics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in data governance, data quality, or enterprise data programs.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise data quality frameworks and governance.
• Experience with Microsoft Purview, Azure, Databricks, Unity Catalog or similar.
• Strong knowledge of data governance, data lineage, metadata management, and reporting.
• Ability to develop KPIs, KRIs, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Professional certifications (CDMP, DCAM, DAMA, Azure Data) are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Establish and operationalize the Enterprise Data Quality Management Program with frameworks and governance.
• Design enterprise data quality standards, controls, and monitoring.
• Collaborate with Data Owners/Stewards and tech teams to implement rules.
• Enable governance across Purview, Unity Catalog, Azure, and Databricks.
• Develop KPIs, scorecards, dashboards, and exec reporting.
• Monitor quality trends, risks, and remediation activities.
• Lead data lineage practices to improve traceability.
• Support regulatory readiness and audit governance obligations.
• Collaborate with risk, privacy, and compliance to improve maturity.
• Identify automation opportunities in data quality management.
