Job summary

BRP is seeking an Enterprise Architect focused on cybersecurity to define and govern our enterprise security architecture in support of BRP's IT and OT environments. This role drives alignment with business goals, risk management, and resilient, secure innovation across the organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of IT experience with at least 8 years in cybersecurity architecture or senior technical leadership.
• Strong knowledge of governance models, regulatory frameworks and industry standards (NIST CSF, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, zero trust).
• Ability to translate cyber risk insights into enterprise architecture capabilities and secure target-state designs.

Responsibilities

• Define and enforce enterprise cybersecurity architecture standards across identity, network, cloud, endpoint, application, data, and OT environments.
• Establish architecture governance committees and gates to ensure solutions align with strategy, obligations, and risk posture.
• Partner with the CISO Office, GRC, and Cyber advisory teams to translate cyber risk into architectural capabilities and secure-by-design patterns.
• Support modernization initiatives focused on IAM/CIEM/PAM, CWPP/CSPM, DSPM, and EDR/XDR.
• Define target and transition security architectures for hybrid IT ecosystems (IT/OT, cloud platforms, digital workplaces).
• Establish guardrails for secure cloud adoption, connectivity, remote access, identity ecosystems, and third-party integrations.
• Collaborate with EA peers and senior leadership to define multi-year cybersecurity roadmaps and investment priorities.
• Ensure security designs support regulatory compliance, business continuity, cyber resilience, incident response, and auditability.
• Maintain alignment with Solution Security Architects to ensure end-to-end security across initiatives.
• Communicate complex cyber risk and security architecture concepts to executive and board-level stakeholders.
