Job summary

Industrial Alliance Insurance and Financial Services Inc is seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect to drive transformation and modernization by aligning business strategy with technology capabilities. You will contribute to development roadmaps and collaborate with corporate functions, IT shared services and business teams.

The role emphasizes strategic influence, cloud focus, and expertise in TOGAF and Zachman.

Qualifications

Experience leading enterprise architecture initiatives across business and IT functions.
Proven ability to translate strategic goals into IT capabilities and roadmaps.
Strong knowledge of TOGAF and Zachman frameworks; cloud and virtualization focus.

Responsibilities

Translate the organization’s strategic ambitions into current and future IT capabilities.
Promote reuse of technology solutions and capabilities.
Develop and maintain solution evolution roadmaps.
Support Solution Architecture Advisors to align recommendations with strategy.
Identify opportunities to improve enterprise architecture standards and practices.
Maintain architecture repositories and support their evolution.
Contribute to cost-benefit analyses of solutions.
Oversee assessment of technical capabilities and advocate for architectural recommendations.
Guide teams in applying the architecture process.
