Job summary

ThoughtStorm Inc. seeks a Senior IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist to drive architecture strategy, capability mapping, and portfolio optimization across complex IT landscapes in government-driven contexts.

You will develop target-state architectures, roadmaps, and ensure alignment with IT strategy, governance and risk management, while guiding stakeholders through change.

Qualifications

• Extensive EA experience with current-state assessments and roadmaps.
• Experience in government/public service environments.
• Proven ability to rationalize applications and reduce technical debt.

We are seeking a Senior IT Enterprise Architect/Strategist to drive enterprise architecture strategy, capability mapping, application portfolio optimization, and technology transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements:

• Strong experience in Capability-Based Architecture and Enterprise Architecture frameworks and methodologies.
• Prior experience withPublic Service/Government environments.
• Expertise in Application Architecture, Technology Architecture, and Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Hands-on experience with Application Portfolio Management (APM), IT Governance, and Enterprise Architecture tools.
• Proven ability to conduct current-state assessments, develop target-state architectures, and create strategic technology roadmaps.
• Experience in application rationalization, technical debt assessment, technology risk analysis, and cost optimization.
• Strong knowledge of IT Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement, Change Management, and Enterprise Platform Transformation.
