Required Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in documenting application architectures in an enterprise IT environment similar in size and complexity to the Government of Alberta.
• At least 5 years experience in planning, designing, implementing, and supporting platform solutions in a similar enterprise IT environment.
• 5 years leading complex (multi-stakeholder and multi-technology) projects.
• 5 years working in IT within the Healthcare industry.
• At least 2 years providing strategic advice on organizational structure, roles, and skillsets for successful public sector outcomes.
• 2 years experience with data integration between clinical applications in the Canadian eHealth environment.
• 2 years contributing to or developing application architecture standards and guidelines.
• 2 years experience with Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources (FHIR).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including drafting strategic business and technical documentation.
