Qualifications

• 6-10 years of relevant experience in Apps Development or systems analysis role.
• Extensive experience in system analysis and programming of software applications.
• Experience in managing and implementing successful projects.
• Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management teams to identify system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
• Resolve high-impact problems through evaluation of complex processes and industry standards.
• Provide expertise in applications programming and ensure design adheres to architecture blueprint.
• Develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
• Advise or coach mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
• Assess risk and drive compliance with laws and regulations, safeguarding Citi and assets.
• Collaborate with architecture and infrastructure to achieve business goals.
