Job summary

City of Toronto seeks a work package lead to provide critical application development, sustainment and support for enterprise solutions. You will coordinate internal/external developers, design data models and deploy applications across City environments, including websites and asset management systems.

The role requires a university degree in CS or related discipline, strong analytics, and experience with Oracle Infinity and WordPress/SharePoint.

Qualifications

University degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent experience.
Experience coordinating, deploying and analytics for large IT projects.
Experience with Oracle Infinity and WordPress/SharePoint.
Strong knowledge of Windows system administration and troubleshooting.
Ability to translate business requirements into analytics solutions and KPIs.
Experience defining KPIs, funnels, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Develop, sustain and support complex enterprise solutions as a work package lead.
Coordinate internal/external developers and align with project management principles.
Design data models, schemas, and interfaces per architectural standards.
Deploy and monitor applications including testing, logging and QA.
Assist in SDLC activities from feasibility to implementation.
Contribute to test scripts and vendor/contract management activities.
