Job summary

Gowling WLG International is seeking an Enterprise Applications Specialist to lead the reliability, security, and integration of the Firm’s application portfolio. The role drives automation, governance, and a consistent user experience across cloud, SaaS, and on‑premises solutions.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years’ experience with enterprise apps, strong SQL and scripting skills, and knowledge of IT service management and security governance.

Qualifications

• Six or more years of experience supporting enterprise applications in a security-conscious organization.
• Experience in a legal or professional services environment is an asset.
• Advanced knowledge of enterprise application administration, troubleshooting, and lifecycle practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced administration and tier 3 support for assigned enterprise applications.
• Manage the application lifecycle for cloud, SaaS, and on-premises solutions.
• Monitor availability, performance, capacity, usage, integrations, licensing and service health.
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot integrations using APIs and middleware.
• Develop scripts and automation to improve reliability and efficiency.
