As a Senior Engineering Manager, you will lead high-performing software development teams focused on delivering scalable, cloud-native solutions that support core product features, third-party integrations, and robust APIs. You will collaborate closely with product, design, QA, SRE, and support teams to drive alignment, innovation, and execution. Accountabilities:

1. Lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams while fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
2. Oversee the delivery of scalable cloud-native software using modern languages and frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, NodeJS, React, Java, AWS)
3. Manage team workflows, set clear goals, monitor performance, and address risks
4. Support and guide architectural and technical decisions in line with product strategy
5. Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and design teams
6. Present technical progress, risks, and successes to senior leadership and stakeholders
7. Uphold and continuously improve engineering best practices, including CI/CD and observability

Requirements:

1. 8+ years of experience in software development
2. 3+ years in engineering leadership, focusing on team mentorship and professional development
3. Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines
4. Experience with cloud architecture and modern monitoring tools such as Datadog, Dynatrace, or Sentry
5. Strong technical literacy and awareness of industry trends and best practices
6. Proven ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and drive cross-functional collaboration
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
8. Growth mindset with curiosity to solve problems collaboratively and proactively
