Job summary

TD is seeking a Senior Manager, Engineering to lead and evolve the Core Platform team in Toronto. You will coach engineers, shape strategy, and ensure solutions meet business needs while aligning with technology roadmaps and enterprise standards.

You will drive end-to-end technical leadership, oversee complex legacy applications, and partner across TD technology groups to deliver scalable, cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in CS/Engineering.
• 10+ years in mainframe application design/engineering.
• Experience leading multi-application / multi-platform solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of engineers and technology specialists.
• Provide technical leadership aligned to TOM and architecture.
• Manage budgets, milestones and vendor relationships.
• Drive strategic solution planning and roadmap investments.
