Responsibilities

• Lead Agile engineering team responsible for design, development, testing, deployment and support of payment platforms.
• Drive engineering best practices including CI/CD, observability, and reliability.
• Define target-state payment architectures with architects and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product, Risk and Operations to align roadmaps and budgets.
• Ensure high availability, incident response and performance optimization.
